Hey there! I'm Kayliah Kendrix, a creative advertising student at Virginia Commonwealth University. I’m an aspiring Creative Director and copywriter who believes in the power of storytelling as a means to connect, educate, and inspire.


I'm the Social Media and Project Manager at The BWPD. Working with The BWPD allows me to contribute to a platform dedicated to uplifting black women and facilitating community.

Autumn Jones - Director

Owner and Director of BWPD, brings a background in UX Design in the financial industry, along with previous experience in product development at Forbes Media. With a firm belief in the power of community, Autumn believes that unity strengthens us and fosters growth.

A Mass Communications and Public Relations major at Virginia Commonwealth University. I serve as the Program Manager for Black Women in Product and Design, where my passion lies in fostering connections to expand the BWPD and similar organizations. Additionally, I actively contributes to event planning. During their free time, they enjoy exploring new restaurants and engaging in interior decorating projects.
